A nourishing brew on all levels! Add a smidge of Chili to spice it up. Lovely winter lifeforce tonic! Your Bio Activated B12 and B Vitamins for the day!
- 1/2 tsp Ashitaba Rich source of B12 and B Vitamins
- few drops Plasma Essential Minerals Optional, but highly recommended.
- 1 Cup Organic Almond Mylk or any of your favourite Organic Mylk My recipe link attached for you. 🙂
- 1/2 tsp Organic Cacao Powder
- 1/4 tsp Organic Cinnamon Powder
- 1-2 Drops Organic Monkfruit Sweetener Or 1/2 tsp or coconut sugar or any of your favourite vegan sweetener.
- Measure out 1 cup of Organic Mylk. fill a lidded container with half of the mylk and add all ingredients and shake well.
- Pour into saucepan and add remaining mylk. Only just bring to the boil and serve. Mwwaahhh!
