Walnut Pate - Vegan
This pate is as wonderful soft creamy pate. Serve on your favorite crackers/crispbread. Would go wonderful on a large lettuce leaf and favorite ingredients as a salad roll up or as a side on your favorite salad dishAdding in the 15 Mushroom Immunity Mix is a must for an Immunity boost and more minerals into the body for added health benefit.
Equipment
- Blender
- Saucepan
- Small dish to plate up.
Ingredients
- 75 gm Organic Walnuts
- 150 ml Pure water
- 2 tbsp Corn starch
- 1 tbsp Organic Sunflower Oil
- 2 ½ tbsp Organic Coconut Aminos
- ½ tsp Organic Miso Paste
- ½ tsp Immunity Mushroom Mix Optional, but recommended
- ½ tsp Smoked Paprika
- Pinch Himalayan Salt
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to high power blender until you get a smooth paste.
- Heat pan to a medium heat and pour in mixture, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens. Cook for a couple more minutes, then transfer to your holding dish. Good idea to have a dish that can be sealed.
- Set in fridge for a few hours.
