Cashew curry Hummus

If you love Cashews, if you love hummus, you will love this!
This hummus is velvety, tangy and fullof flavor.

  • Blender


  • 1/2 Cup Organic cashews (soaked) Allow 2 hours to soak cashews, preferably in distilled water, not tap water.
  • 1/4 Cup Organic coconut cream
  • 1/4 tsp Organic Curry Powder
  • 1-2 Tbsp Organic lemon juice
  • few drops Plasmatic Ionic Essential Minerals Optional, but recommended


  • Strain the cashews once soaked.
  • Add into a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Will keep refrigerated for 4-5 days.


You could also use Organic Tahini in the replacement of the Organic coconut cream, I just prefer the coconut cream.
It is quite a thick hummus, so if you want if more pourable add distilled water or organic almond mylk.
Delightful hummus.
