Cilantro / Coriander Lime Dressing

Raw Vegan Comfort
Drizzle! Drizzle! This is a delightful dressing. Salads really aren't complete until you have poured over a dressing you like. This one also is highly mineralized with the Plasma Minerals I splash in!

Equipment

  • Blender

Ingredients
  

  • 1/3 Cup Packed Full Organic Cilantro / Coriander
  • 1/4 Cup Water
  • 3 Tbsp Organic Cold Pressed Oilve Oil Avocado Oil would suit well too!
  • 2 Tbsp Organic Tahini Or Organic Greek Yoghurt
  • 1/8 tsp Himalayan Salt
  • few drops Plasmatic Ionic essential Minerals Optional, but recommended

Instructions
 

  • Chop Cilantro / Coriander Finely
  • Add Cilantro / Coriander and rest of the ingredient in blender. If you have the pulse option on your blender and would prefer the texture to be more thick, then pulse a few times. Otherwise it comes out nice and creamy.

Notes

Rather than Greek Yoghurt I replaced it for Organic Coconut cream and it was divine!
