1/2CupOrganic cashews (soaked)Allow 2 hours to soak cashews, preferably in distilled water, not tap water.
1/4CupOrganic coconut cream
1/4 tspOrganic Curry Powder
1-2TbspOrganic lemon juice
Instructions
Strain the cashews once soaked.
Add into a blender and blend until smooth.
Will keep refrigerated for 4-5 days.
Notes
You could also use Organic Tahini in the replacement of the Organic coconut cream, I just prefer the coconut cream.It is quite a thick hummus, so if you want if more pourable add distilled water or organic almond mylk.Delightful hummus.
