Cashew curry Hummus
If you love Cashews, if you love hummus, you will love this!This hummus is velvety, tangy and fullof flavor.
Equipment
- Blender
Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Organic cashews (soaked) Allow 2 hours to soak cashews, preferably in distilled water, not tap water.
- 1/4 Cup Organic coconut cream
- 1/4 tsp Organic Curry Powder
- 1-2 Tbsp Organic lemon juice
Instructions
- Strain the cashews once soaked.
- Add into a blender and blend until smooth.
- Will keep refrigerated for 4-5 days.
Notes
You could also use Organic Tahini in the replacement of the Organic coconut cream, I just prefer the coconut cream.
It is quite a thick hummus, so if you want if more pourable add distilled water or organic almond mylk.
