Cauliflower Rice Salad
If you're a fan of Cauliflower (like me) and want to try another variation on what to do with Cauliflower, this is another option. Super quick and easy and add your favourite veges for extra health and flavour.
Equipment
- Food Processor with 'S' blade
- Bowl
- Frypan
Ingredients
- 1/2 Head organic cauliflower, washed and completely dry.
- few Leaves organic Kale
- 1 organic Lime
- 1/2 chili (optional)
- 2 Tbsp Organic sesame seeds
- pinch Himalayan Organic Salt
- Drizzle Organic sunflower Oil
Instructions
- First, the cauliflower is much better dry when putting in the food processor, so make sure it is dry, Take off a lot of the stalk, so it blends well.
- Place in food processor with the 's'' blade and blend until it resembles rice, only a 5-10 seconds, otherwise it can become very sticky.
- Chop Kale, chili if using and place into a clean bowl, add cauliflower.
- Squeeze in juice of lime and himalayan salt and plasma minerals if using.
- The sesame seeds can be added in raw, but in this dish I toasted them lightly in the frypan for a couple of minutes until they just started to brown. This gives the dish a slightly nutty flavour.
- Combine all ingredients well and then drizzle in Sunflower oil.
- Add as a side salad.
