Cacao Mousse
As I am all for simplicity but real, this ticks all the boxes for sumptious food in minutes. A delightful dessert, or lunch even for all the family. The kids could make this even in minutes. Even for breakfast as it’s filling, great healthy fats, mineralised.
Cacao Mousse
Delectable Cacao Mousse...Rich, but not sweet, texture is light and sumptous! Anytime!
Equipment
- Blender or Nutri Bullet
Ingredients
- 2 Organic Quite Ripe Avocados
- 1 Cup Organic Coconut Water
- 2 Tbsp PureCoco Organic Cacao Powder
- Sprinkle Himalayan Salt
- 1/2 tsp Organic Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 tsp Organic Maple Sweetner (or to taste)
- 2 tsp PureCoco Organic Cacao Nibs (for topping)
Instructions
- Scoop out Ripe avocado into blender, they need to be quite ripe to blend into a smooth consistency. Make sure they are no blemishes in the meat of the avo's.
- Add the rest of the ingredients, except for the Cacao nibs and blend until smooth.
- Scoop into dessert bowl/glass, or whatever you want to have.
- Chill for a couple of hours, add nibs for topping.
