Chia Pudding
Chia Pudding
Your healthy porridge replacement. packed full of Omegas and Protein.This can be Breakfast, Lunch and perfect for a 'on the go' meal.
Equipment
- Medium sized jar (with a lid is helpful)
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp Organic chia Seeds
- 1/2 Cup Organic Almond Mylk other milks of course can be used.
- 1 tsp Sweetener of your choice i.e Agave, Maple, etc
- 1 tsp Organic Blackcurrant Powder Optional health benefit.
- 1 tsp Organic Cacao Powder Optional health benefit.
Instructions
- Add Chia Mylk (or water) to jar. With a lid is great, as you can shake the mixture and also add optional extras.
- Let the Chia mixture sit for approx a minute and stir (or shake) again, so it doesn't clump.
- For extra health benefit, add in Cacao / Blackcurrant / Soothing Grass Crystals or any other health supplement you favor, or you can leave it as it is.
