1/2CupOrganic Almond Mylkother milks of course can be used.
1tspSweetener of your choicei.e Agave, Maple, etc
1tspOrganic Blackcurrant PowderOptional health benefit.
1tspOrganic Cacao PowderOptional health benefit.
Instructions
Add Chia Mylk (or water) to jar. With a lid is great, as you can shake the mixture and also add optional extras.
Let the Chia mixture sit for approx a minute and stir (or shake) again, so it doesn't clump.
For extra health benefit, add in Cacao / Blackcurrant / Soothing Grass Crystals or any other health supplement you favor, or you can leave it as it is.
Notes
Add your favour toppings and my granola is lovely to sprinkle on as well.
