Suggested Use: 

1/2 – 1 Scoop (Enclosed – 1 gram) or 1/4 tsp in  2-4 oz (60-120mls) of pure clean water, (preferably the H2 Water). Best taken first thing in the morning and or bedtime. More can be taken if desired.
