Red Chia Salad
Red chia is a favourite of mine for foundational salad, has a nice crunch and these little guys are packed with protein!

- 1/2 Cup Organic Red Chia
- 1 Organic Carrot, finely grated
- 2 Stalks Organic Celery
- 3 Florets Organic Caulflower
- 1/2 Cup Organic Microgreens
- Pinch Himalayan Salt
Dressings
- Drizzle of Organic Sunflower Oil
- Drizzle of Organic Toasted Sesame Oil
Rinse and Simmer Organic Chia for 5 minutes, then turn off heat and let sit for 2 minutes.
Rinse Chia thoroughly and let sit in sieve to drain well, while you are preparing the remainder of ingredients
Chop up organic cauliflower, small bite size pieces.
Grate organic carrot and then dice up a bit more.
Slice thinly Organic Celery, (make sure celery is thoroughly rinsed as celery does harbour pesticides, etc).
Into bowl, add well drained chia, add the remaining ingredients, top off with a handful of organic micorgreens and mix gently.
Add salt, and Organic Sunflower and Toasted Sesame Oil and Plasma minerals if using.
