Cilantro / Coriander Lime Dressing

Raw Vegan Comfort
Drizzle! Drizzle! This is a delightful dressing. Salads really aren't complete until you have poured over a dressing you like. This is fresh, subtle and oh so good!

Equipment

  • Blender

Ingredients
  

  • 1/3 Cup Packed Full Organic Cilantro / Coriander
  • Cup Distilled Water
  • 3 Tbsp Organic Cold Pressed Oilve Oil Avocado Oil would suit well too!
  • 3 Tbsp Organic Tahini Or Organic Greek Yoghurt
  • 1/8 tsp Himalayan Salt
  • 2 tsps Lime Juice OR 1 Drop Lime Essential Oil

Instructions
 

  • Chop Cilantro / Coriander Finely
  • Add Cilantro / Coriander and rest of the ingredients into a blender and whizz up until nice and creamy.
    If it is too thick, you could add a smidge more water. The water and oil will separate a bit, so give it a good stir before pouring over your dish.

Notes

Rather than Greek Yoghurt I replaced it for Organic Coconut cream and it was divine!
