Velvety Beet! I really want to try this. It's a nice change from juicing and you don't miss out on all the nutrient rich benefits that Beet offers.

Equipment

  • Juicer
  • Saucepan

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Medium - large Organic Beet 2-3 ounces (1/3 cup)
  • 1 Cup Organic Plant-based Mylk
  • Pinch Himilayan Salt
  • 2 Sliver Organic Ginger
  • 1/4 tsp Correction Peptide Cell Restore excellent touch for athlete recovery as well as the beet.
  • Shake Nutmeg for Garnish

Instructions
 

  • If you have a juicer, then wash and juice the beet and ginger, then pour into cup you are using.
  • In sausepan, add your organic plantbased mylk add and slowly heat up, add Plasmatic Minerals if using. This will give the latte a extra minerals zing.
  • Once hot, pour over beet juice. Garnish with nutmeg powder to taste.

Notes

I felt no sweetener was needed with this brew, it was sweet enough for me as it was.
Alternatively if you don't have fresh organic beets available or a juicer then organic Beetroot Powder will work as well, same with Ginger.
