'MMM' Smoothie

I created this recipe to quickly use up my grapefruits as our forest creatures are devouring them. It turned out to be a most tasty lunch ever! Full of beautiful, minerals, fruit and LOVE!

Equipment

  • Blender - high speed

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Organic Grapefruit
  • 1/2 Banana
  • 1/2 Organic frozen Mango chunks
  • 1-2 Cups Organic Activated Nut Mylk of your choice
  • 1 Tbsp heaped! PureCoco Coconut Cream Great Fat intake!
  • few leaves Fresh Mint!
